The Guide Vini Buoni d’Italia 2021 selected our Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Romain 2011 as one of the best wines in Italy and rewarded it with  the Corona award.

The blind tastings enhance the work of this guide issued by the Touring Club Italia, which recognizes the Rodaro Winery several awards for the unique expression of our wines year after year. 

We are honored at receiving it. 

We are flattered to have been awarded by Merano Wine Festival also in 2020 for our Pignolo Romain 2012 DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.

Rodaro Winery is flattered to be the partner of the event organized by the association Gli Ergonauti. 

During the event, Francesca Cerno will read some of the poems she wrote. 

Rodaro will wait for you on October 30th 2019 in Morges, Switzerland, for a tasting organized by our importer Viwa Club!

The event will take place at the Casino de Morges, from 3:30 pm to 8 pm.

We'll wait for you to taste together our wines on the occasion of this wonderful tasting :-) 

We have the pleasure to announce that we will be present at the event Kvarner Wine Fest 2019 in Opatija, Croatia, together with our importer Nikas.

The wine tasting will take place on October 25th and 26th, from 2 pm to 8 pm. 

We'll wait for you to taste our traditional white wines Ribolla Gialla and Friulano, but also our Limited Edition wines, the Evoluto Sauvignon 2012, 52 months on the lees in stainless steel tank, as well as the Schioppettino Romain Rodaro 2013 and the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Romain 2010, obtained from naturally dried grapes.

Rodaro is waiting for you on Thursday, October 24th 2019 at Restaurant Elliot with our Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Romain Rodaro 2011 for Autunno Goloso.

The event will be organized in the within of the event Ein Prosit.

We'll taste together our wine during the dinner cooked by the chef 1 Michelin Star Gianluca Gorini, Restaurant Dagorini, San Piero in Bagno, and by the chef Pier Giorgio Parini, Restaurant Benso, Forlì.

We will taste together the previews of the wines produced with the grapes from our hills, enjoy the minerality of the wonderful white wines of Friuli Colli Orientali and the great Romain red wines, obtained only in the best vintages from grapes naturally dried, as well as the intriguing Millesimato Pas Dosé, signed by Paolo Rodaro.

 

Research and experimentation represent our energy and the expression of Friuli is to be tasted in every sip!

 

Paolo Rodaro, sixth generation of winemakers of his family, will guide us through this authentic 4-day journey among stories of vineyards and winery.

-  Brut Nature Pas Dosé - Classic Method, 30 months, 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc 

-  Friulano 2018 - white wine of the Friulian tradition 

-  Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Romain 2010 - from grapes naturally dried for 4 weeks, intense, red fruits, evolutionary wine

-  Pignolo Romain 2011 - another incredible expression of our territory, loves the passing of time, enriched by the power of this vine, produced only in the best vintages with the natural drying of the grapes.  

 

It’s an honor to receive these awards by Merano Wine Festival, that once again recognized the research expressed by the quality of our wines!
