Sensory profile Intense ruby red with purplish highlights. Dense and liquorous, slowly develops intense and persistent, but still elegant, perfumes of red fruits, figs and redcurrant jam, but also thyme, walnut liquor and rosolio. In the mouth this wine maintains the same generosity and persistance of fruity hints, giving fulfillment for body and soul.
Pairings Pairs well with elaborate dishes such as capon stuffed with chestnuts or duck à l'orange.
