Sensory profile Luminous, fairly deep straw yellow. A dynamic fusion of flora and fruit impressions seems to leap from the glass, followed by ripe peach accompanied by warm notes of yellow bell pepper, all enlivened by grapefruit and lemon verbena. This complex aromatic mosaic is very gradually enriched by stylish nuances of tropical fruit. A crisp vein of mineral predominates on the palate, animating aromatic herbs such as sage and basil. The finish seems endless.
Pairings This Sauvignon Blanc will be at its finest with richly-flavoured dishes, well-spiced, savoury and with a minerally character.
